What we build
New builds, additions, renovations and rental units across Calgary and the surrounding area.
New builds, second-storey additions, garages and renovation framing. Walls plumb, floors flat, openings where the plans put them. We frame to the Alberta Building Code and we do not leave problems behind the drywall for the next trade to find.
Stairs are the one piece of framing people touch every day for the next forty years. We build them on site to fit the opening you actually have rather than the one on the drawing, with consistent rise and run built to meet inspection requirements.
Formwork that lets go is how people get hurt, so we set it properly every time. Footings and foundation walls formed and braced, plus temporary shoring for excavation, lifting and below-grade work.
Duplexes, triplexes and multi-plex projects up to ten units. We pick it up at the cribbing and hand it over as a complete frame, which means one crew on your site and one number to call when the schedule moves.

Dosanjh Construction has been running under its own name for over two and a half years, with more than ten completed projects ranging from single-family homes to a ten-plex. The framing experience behind the crew goes back a lot further than the business licence does.
We would rather say that plainly than let you find out later. Every client we have worked with so far has been happy with the result, and we are glad to put you in touch with them before you decide.
Yes. Dosanjh Construction carries liability insurance, is covered under WCB Alberta, and coordinates the required paperwork before mobilization on every job.
Ask and we will send the certificate before you sign anything, so you can read the policy number and the coverage limits yourself instead of taking a yes over the phone.
Sometimes it is. When it is not, the gap is usually scope. A number well under everyone else generally means something was left out, or a corner is getting cut somewhere you will not see until later.
Ask us to itemize it. If a line does not make sense, we will explain what it covers and what happens if you skip it.
Our crew. Roop Dosanjh runs it and is on site, so the person you talk to about the job is the person responsible for it.
We do not win the work and then hand it to whoever is available that week. If that changes on a particular job, you hear it from us before it happens, not after.
